I hired Suncoat of Texas after interviewing 2 other companies. I had just moved into my newly built home and had to do something with my 1700 square foot outdoor patio.. I spoke with Tim and he was truly genuine and informative about what I needed to do on the patio. We decided to do a textured patio. I live in Driftwood and it was at least a 45 minute drive for Tim every time he had to meet with me. He came out at least 4 times to review the progress of the job. Since it was a 3 day job, he made every effort to make sure everything was done right and made the drive after each day. The communication was spot on and the work was spectacular. Suncoat overlaid our back patio in Sun City. It already had a screen enclosure installed and they had no issues working around that. Looks great. From start to finish I have nothing but compliments. We just had our inground pool decking resurfaced and sealed by Suncoat of Texas. We LOVE the results!! Our old concrete decking had some cracks in it and they completely hid the cracks through making a pattern on the surface so you can't tell where the cracks were. So ingenious! The whole process from talking with the production manager Tim to the friendly and timely information from Shelly, to the professionalism of Israel and his crew was TOP NOTCH! If you are looking for a company that treats you and your project with respect and care, look no further. We have just hired them again to do our front patio and walkway in a couple of weeks. I know it will be just as beautiful as the decking is around our pool, it looks brand new again. Suncoat resurfaced my 15 year old pool deck which is about 660 sq ft. From beginning to end, it was a good experience. Everyone was professional and on-time, and Shelly who is the manager and primary customer contact did an excellent job of keeping me informed. I knew what to expect and when work would take place. Resurfacing a patio is a messy and dusty job, and the weather didn't always cooperate, but the crew picked up when they left each day. The day the final coat of paint was applied, we had a thunderstorm later in the afternoon. I called Shelly before the storm and she reassured me if there was any damage, it would be corrected. She called me early the next morning to let me know they would send over a manager that day to inspect the patio for any damage. We inspected it together and couldn't find any damage. Now my patio looks great! I definitely recommend Suncoat of Texas for patio or pool deck coating.

You need to do this. Our concrete areas(front, patio, and garage) look fantastic! Suncoats treatments to the front walkway and patio finishes off the look of our house. Instead of plain brushed concrete with an irregular color, we have an orange peel effect with a complimentary color to the house. BUT, the garage floor was the big WOW. Suncoats epoxy floor brings the garage into the house with its color and texture. If you want to give your husband a present to enjoy every day, get your garage floor coated. He will feel like Jay Leno with his show room quality garage. The installers were on time and communicated well, and the owner is on top of everything. The cost is very reasonable, such that it will add its value to the house in dollars, first impressions, and curb appeal. Tell them Rick sent you.

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service! Plus they do beautiful work. After difficulty reaching our original contractor about a maintenance issue we were having with our concrete coating, we contacted Suncoat of Texas. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They came right over to assess the situation. Then they had a crew here the next day to power wash the patio and do some touchups. And though they weren't the original contactor, they wanted to be sure we were taken care of...and THEY DID NOT CHARGE US A DIME! We are so impressed and appreciative. We'll definitely call them for our next backyard project. Highly recommend!

I did not have a job done by Suncoat but I did have Rafael come out and talk to me about a project another company did for me. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and even stood in my backyard in a heavy rain while we discussed ways he could help me. Even knowing there was a chance he wouldn't be getting a job from me, he still came to talk. But I will not be sure to call Suncoat for my next job and refer them to friends and family.

Suncoat of Texas saved our patio. Our patio was three different shades and pours of concrete. Suncoat of Texas made it look uniform and professional. They even cut stress lines that should have been there previously. Before laying the texture, they sealed all cracks and made all surfaces even. The troweling of the texture was outstanding. We researched many companies before deciding to get new cool coat put on our pool deck & patio. After reading MANY reviews and researching VERY thoroughly, we decided to go with this company (Sun-coat of Texas). WE ARE SO GLAD we did! Their customer service is top-notch! TO INCLUDE EVERYONE!! Tim (our sales representative) was so productive, helpful, friendly, timely, & professional! He always answered our calls or questions. Randa at the office was so nice & informative. She kept us up to date on all services being performed as we went through a week worth of rain during scheduled service. Very professional as well! Israel (& his team) work very hard & diligently to get the work done. After work was completed … Tim came back out to do a quality check & fixed any imperfections that might have happened or we wanted fixed. He was making sure we were satisfied 100% before collecting final payment. I know 110% we would use this company again. We would not call for any other! You will NOT be disappointed.
