3-Year Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers issues related to:
Peeling
Protection against peeling of the completed surface during the applicable warranty period.
Flaking
Coverage for flaking that occurs within the terms of the warranty.
Disbonding
Coverage against disbonding of the completed surface during the warranty period.
KEEP YOUR SURFACE PROTECTED
Extend Your Warranty Through Resealing
Your initial three year warranty doesn’t have to be the end of your maintenance plan. Customers have the opportunity to extend their warranty at the three year mark by having the surface resealed. Resealing provides an opportunity to maintain the surface and continue your relationship with the Suncoat of Texas team.

KNOW YOUR COVERAGE
Understanding What Isn’t Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
Negligence
Damage resulting from negligence is not covered under the warranty.
Misuse or Abuse
Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the surface is excluded from warranty coverage.
Natural Disasters
Damage resulting from natural disasters is not covered.
Vandalism
Damage caused by vandalism is excluded from the warranty.
Mastic Wear
Normal or resulting mastic wear is not covered under the warranty.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTION
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products, equipment, or materials used as part of your project may include warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers.
These manufacturer warranties are separate from the Suncoat of Texas warranty and may have their own requirements, coverage, limitations, and terms.
If a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, equipment, or material associated with your project, that warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms and conditions. For questions about your project or applicable warranty coverage, please contact our team.
